As a practice coordinator one of my main responsibilities is to support our consultants and wider business. My role involves coordinating the requirements of my colleagues and their clients during the life cycle of the interims’ contracts,  as well as assisting other departments with their business needs, which includes accounts and the talent intelligence team.

I have always worked in an administrative background and with that, bring years of experience and knowledge including a qualification as an HR generalist. As a result I have a detailed understanding of the business’ requirements. I assist my team in an efficient manner, helping and supporting them with whatever administrative tasks arise. I love a challenge and thrive on ensuring that the needs of my colleagues, team and customers are delivered and exceed expectations.

As a practice coordinator I ensure that I support others and provide great customer service.  I encourage collaboration and have a positive can do attitude, always prepared to go the extra mile.
