I’m a director within the social housing practice. My role is to connect my client base with commercial and sector-specific talent that provide support, on a flexible and short-term basis, during times of change/transformation, turnaround, or to ensure essential operational delivery.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
I have been consulting and recruiting for organisations within the not-for-profit and public sector for 18 years, with the social housing sector taking sole focus over recent years. I have witnessed first-hand the essential frontline services that these organisations deliver coupled with the challenges they face in balancing customer needs and maintaining commercial viability, in an ever changing world. This viewpoint has given me an appreciation of the sector and genuine passion for providing an excellent service whilst delivering true value for money.

I thrive on building long-term collaborative relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for both my clients and talent network. By gaining a deep understanding of organisational challenges as well as the attributes and aspirations of those that I represent, I’m able to provide the most appropriate solution to achieve material outcomes whilst jointly working towards a social purpose.
