I am a researcher within our Talent Intelligence team where I work with clients to help solve challenges by providing market and talent insights.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

I come from a strong psychological background having both a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology. I love working with people and understanding their behaviours and thoughts within the workplace.
- How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?

People are the driver of any great organisation – listening to people and providing them with the tools that they need, are the basics of success. To achieve success, people need to understand where they are and where they want to be – set goals to work towards and find what motivates people.
- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

As we return to the office, the function of the workplace is changing. With that, companies have a greater need to understand their changing workforce and how to adapt. Talent intelligence is a vital tool in this understanding which I believe will be a valuable asset to companies in these unprecedented times.
- How do you prefer to start your day?

I like to wake up early, do some exercise by either walking the dog or going to the gym before cracking on with my work.
- What’s the best advice you were ever given?

The best advice I have been given is that all you can do is your best. Sometimes things may not go your way but as long as you have done everything that you could, then you should be proud.
