What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

I have over 10 years of experience working in the technology sector, with a primary focus on recruiting best-in-class interim professionals for fast-growing and leading businesses across the UK and EMEA.
Throughout my career, I have amassed extensive knowledge of the interim market and have a passion for helping ambitious, forward-thinking companies achieve their goals. My expertise in identifying and securing top talent has consistently supported businesses in navigating their growth trajectories successfully.

What attracted you to NSCG?

I am thrilled by the prospect of joining an organization with such a stellar reputation for excellence and offering outstanding opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

What are you looking forward to achieving in your new position?

In my new position, I am eager to support my clients by building high-performing leadership teams that drive their strategic goals forward. I look forward to bringing innovative ideas and fresh approaches to enhance their operations and help them achieve their vision. My aim is to leverage my expertise to not only meet but exceed their expectations, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate and succeed in an ever-evolving market landscape.

What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

I am hugely optimistic, and many CG companies are on track to deliver profitable growth in 2024 and almost 90% of CG decision-makers expect to do so through mid-2025. To make that happen, it’s important that CG brands need to be ready to adapt to changes faster than ever before.

To do that, they’ll need to use their data, build brand relevance, and unlock efficiencies. That means it’s time to embrace automation, AI, and your own trusted data to identify and address both sticking points and opportunities. It’s an exciting time for the industry with great growth ahead, the opportunities that AI initiatives offer are endless and should be embraced in order to deliver growth.

What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies?

I am a fitness enthusiast and love keeping active and being outdoors, where I will often be running with a running club or with friends. I recently took part in my first marathon in Amsterdam, and I am currently training for the Chicago and London Marathons later this year and in 2025, where I will be raising money for Whizz Kids, who are the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users.
