Team growth at NSCG

We’re delighted to welcome 12 new starters to the team!

Appointments have been made our talent consulting, executive search, talent intelligence and operations teams, with the new recruits working across our London and Leeds offices, as well as our recently opened Manchester office.

Manchester-based Tom Dempster has joined as a Director in talent consulting, bringing a wealth of organisational development insight gleaned during four years with the City Football Group – owners of Premier League champions Manchester City FC. Tom also has leadership development experience from across the private and public sectors, having held roles with Korn Ferry and Manchester City Council.

Also joining the talent consulting team are Andy Lyon (read more about Andy’s move here) as a Partner and Rianne Silvey, who joins as a Principal Consultant. Andy has over 30 years’ experience specialising in change management and working with organisations to develop HR strategies which create positive working cultures and enhance team performance. Rianne is fully qualified in psychometrics and is a certified coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Two new Directors, Dan Harden and Katie Howard have joined NSCG’s executive search team. Between them, the pair have over 40 years’ experience pinpointing and recruiting leading talent internationally for major corporations. Katie also has strong experience in diversity and inclusion, having supported organisations in traditionally male-dominated industries to improve gender balance.

Three new appointments have been made in NSCG’s talent intelligence team including Senior Consultant Jack Evans, Data Analytics Consultant Christopher Dutoy and Researcher Georgia Cooper-Taylor.

Our operations team, which provides internal support across NSCG has also been bolstered by four new recruits – Camilla Hayes, Gemma Hayde, Danielle Wolfe and Nikki Howie.

CEO, Doug Baird, said: “We’re experiencing strong demand from leaders and organisations who are addressing changing ways of working, finding recruitment and talent strategy within an increasingly competitive and employee-led market.

“Expanding our team enables us to continue to meet this growing demand and our clients are already benefiting through the enhanced depth of expertise we have in-house. As we progress with our growth plans, we’ll continue to make strategic hires that strengthen and build on our offering.”
