I’m a director within the talent consulting team here at NSCG. As an experienced organisational change leader I have a strong professional interest in how organisations evolve through people centric transformation, cultural change, and purpose driven leadership.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
Four years at City Football Group where I led the strategic development of the organisation from a process, structural, and cultural perspective.
Seven years as a Consultant at Korn Ferry (and previously Hay Group – pre-merger) where I worked with a variety of leaders/clients from across the public and private sectors to solve core organisational issues ranging from leadership development and operating model design through to pay, grading and structural reviews.
12 years in a variety of business lobbying and public policy roles, including four years in economic regeneration at Manchester City Council.
- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?
We are living in strange, challenging, unpredictable times. The geopolitical, cultural, and environmental landscape is seemingly in a consistent state of flux, presenting both challenges and opportunities to all organisations across all sectors. Organisations therefore need to focus on how they adapt to these changes, and how they remain agile in delivering value for their people, and to their customers.
- What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Cut out the noise for a while – turn off non-essential notifications and crack on with the task in hand!
- How do you prefer to start your day?
Coffee and toast (and a run if possible/I can muster the energy!)
- What was your first job?
Delivering the Wigan Reporter to 250+ homes weekly (for about a fiver!)
