Blacklight Advisory, the change and human resources consultancy, has joined people advisory New Street Consulting Group (NSCG).
Blacklight Advisory works with business leaders and HR professionals to find answers to complex and strategic issues within their businesses. Owned by Andy Lyon, the consultancy partners with clients to find and deliver bespoke, pragmatic and evidence-based solutions focused on culture change, leadership development, coaching and HR strategy.
Andy said: “After almost a decade since we founded Blacklight, this is an exciting opportunity to widen our offering to our client base. Being able to tap into the depth of expertise across NSCG as well as additional service lines is something clients will really benefit from, and I’m thrilled to join at such a critical time in the group’s growth.”
NSCG has been progressing with growth plans which has included a number of strategic hires, adding to its service lines, a restructure and a rebrand to bring its three brands – Interim Partners, Wickland Westcott and Brightpool – under the NSCG umbrella.
