We’re thrilled to announce that we are officially working with Connex Leadership Networks as its people advisory knowledge partner.
This strategic partnership will provide development opportunities for senior executives, board members and next generation talent in the affordable housing sector. Connex members have access to its three networks: the Connex Housing Leadership Network, the GEM Leadership Network, and the NextGen Leadership Network.
With a firm focus on improving diversity and inclusion, as well as developing leadership initiatives in the sector, Connex provides a programme of events on topics ranging from ESG to placemaking and talent. NSCG will host events with Connex across the year, providing insight and advice around finding, assessing, building, and accelerating leaders in the housing sector.
Tunde Hinton, founder and managing director of Connex Leadership Networks said: “Leaders in the housing sector are facing a multitude of challenges as they grapple with how to build future fit organisations that can attract and retain the best people. Talent is at the top of the agenda for leaders as having the right skills and culture will be key to ensuring housing providers can best support customers and embrace opportunities such as digital transformation and ESG. NSCG is the ideal partner for our people advisory offering as the team brings an impressive track record of helping organisations succeed, as well as deep sector expertise.”
Directors Sarah Stevenson and Dean Cordingley will lead the partnership for NSCG. Sarah added: “Connex has developed a reputation for delivering innovative, inclusive, and disruptive events which are improving standards and driving change in the affordable housing sector. By engaging with Connex, members can share best practice with peers at the highest professional level. We’re looking forward to working with the Connex team and members to promote leadership excellence that will elevate organisational and individual performance and support sustainable growth.
“The affordable housing sector is remarkably collaborative, and we believe there’s a significant opportunity for the industry as a whole to set new standards and become a beacon of leadership excellence because of initiatives like this.”
