New Street Consulting Group acquires Chemistry Group

People advisory business, New Street Consulting Group (NSCG), has acquired The Chemistry Group as it continues to cement its position as a leading people strategy partner to leaders and enterprise businesses.

The Chemistry Group is a fast-growing talent strategy consultancy that increases the value of companies by improving the performance of their people through data analytics, technology and behavioural science.

With offices in London and New York, The Chemistry Group was founded in 2003 by CEO Roger Philby who will continue in a leadership role within the combined business. The acquisition will allow NSCG to develop and accelerate its international growth strategy following successful projects for clients in the Middle East.
