FMCG Breakfast Forum: Register to join us

A quarterly forum for FMCG Leaders navigating performance, transformation and resilience.

An invitation-only roundtable for Senior Food & Drink leaders

Senior leaders across the UK food and drink sector are operating in one of the most complex environments in recent years. Cost volatility, supply chain disruption, margin pressure and changing consumer dynamics are placing new demands on executive teams.

At the same time, advances in technology and AI are reshaping how organisations operate, how decisions are made and how leaders balance short-term performance with long-term value creation.

That’s why we are convening an invitation-only FMCG Leadership Breakfast Forum – an in-person roundtable bringing together a curated group of CEOs, MDs, COOs, CPOs and C-suite leaders from across the food and drink sector to exchange perspectives on how resilient organisations are being built in challenging economic conditions.

Hosted by New Street Consulting Group, the session draws on our work supporting leadership teams across consumer, retail and FMCG organisations on transformation, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and performance.

Why?

At New Street Consulting Group, we work closely with leadership teams navigating periods of change, growth and transformation across the consumer and FMCG landscape. We understand the value of creating space for senior leaders to step back from day-to-day pressures and engage in candid discussion with peers facing similar challenges.

Leaders consistently tell us how valuable it is to have:

  • A trusted peer network for open and practical discussion
  • An opportunity to compare approaches to shared commercial and organisational challenges
  • Insight into how others are navigating cost pressures, transformation priorities and capability investment
  • Perspective on the leadership behaviours required to sustain performance in uncertain conditions

The FMCG Leadership Breakfast Forum provides an opportunity to exchange ideas in a confidential, senior-level setting designed to support thoughtful, practical dialogue.
