About the event
Leading in the affordable housing sector has always been a challenging road because of the myriad of geopolitical and socioeconomic obstacles that one must traverse in order to be successful. Add to this the continually changing landscape and you begin to realise that this is no ordinary role.
In this roundtable discussion, we’ll look at the evolving role of the housing leader, learning from esteemed guest speakers who have seen it all before and have walked this road already. Through their war stories, we hope that you’ll be able to take away some practical learnings to apply in your own organisations.
Together, we can learn from each other’s experiences and collaborate on what we think the future of the affordable housing sector should look like. Join us and add your voice so that we can empower the leaders of tomorrow to be resilient, forward-thinking, and socially aware in the face of some very unique challenges.

Sheron Carter, Chief Executive, Hexagon Housing Association
