I am a Resourcing Consultant leading agile talent solution where I manage the delivery of interim talent for national volume contracts across various client accounts, which consists of engaging, planning, sourcing, delivery, and aftercare.

I have a successful track record of supporting the design of bespoke recruitment plans, from individual specialist hires to large scale project recruitment. I have extensive knowledge in managing the delivery of contingent talent for national volume contracts using innovative MSP delivery models tailored to client’s requirements. I have worked closely with hiring managers provided solutions on different methods of recruiting contingent hire to best fit in their recruitment drive for volume recruit, managed and seeing through the end-to-end sourcing, vetting and delivery to meet client deadlines. Previously I have held various roles in large financial services/ banking organisations, therefore I have full knowledge on organisational setup and recruitment requirements.
