- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

As with most sectors, I believe that the ability to embrace and utilize change within the Construction and Facilities Management world will be key for success in the long term. There’s been a lot of external turbulence affecting the industry in recent years, but a lot of the most notable success stories from this time revolve around the ability to effectively capitalize on transformation opportunities with agility.

Momentum – be it learning a new skill, starting a new project or just a normal working day, I find that building momentum early and using that to propel you through is very helpful.

I enjoy playing and watching sport in various forms, I’m an avid Arsenal fan and you’ll also regularly find me at a local pub quiz!
