With 17 years financial services recruiting experience I spent the first 8 years of my career with a global FTSE250 business hiring senior appointments within traditional Financial services, before in 2017 launching my own Exec Search recruitment firm delivering Leadership appointments within both traditional finance and fintech businesses across UK, Europe and the US.
- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

I am very excited about the future of financial services. I have seen huge changes to the way finance and payments operate, however I still feel we have a long way to go and we will play a part in that as the FS team continues to grow at NSCG
- What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies?

Triathlons, Marathons and any other endurance event combine those with my beautiful young family and a positive working environment is all I need
