My natural style is to have a coach approach and a growth mindset. I always ask myself “How can I help this person, process or product be better?
- What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies?

I play the saxophone in a saxophone only orchestra and in a wind band, and I volunteer and foster for a dog and cat rescue charity.
- What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Diarise your to-do list. It’s transformed my life and means I crack on with tasks each day and no longer promise things I have no time to deliver. It really focusses the mind throughout the day.
- How do you prefer to start your day?

A big cup of tea, a catch up on the news and my emails and a hot shower, then I’m ready for anything!
- What was your first job?

Working in a Chinese takeaway. I still remember all the numbers for each item
- What’s the best advice you were ever given?

Focus on the next decision you must make rather than all the decisions you might have to make.
