As part of our continued growth journey, we’re now looking to add four new consultants to our search team at either senior or principal consultant level within our Search Academy.

The Role

As part of our Search Academy, you will be responsible for generating executive search level mandates and managing clients. As you progress through the academy, you will be operating at a more elevated level and, from day 1 you will benefit from a comprehensive, tailored development programme, be fully supported by experienced research team and benefit from a truly collaborative culture.


What we’re looking for

We are looking for professionals with around 6+ years’ commercial experience in the recruitment, management consultancy or wider professional services industries who are comfortable partnering with senior executives. As well as being an expert in your field, you’ll need to be committed to providing a first- class experience for your clients, candidates and colleagues and be collaborative by nature.
