What You’ll Do
- Modernise & Optimise: Apply AI to streamline development and QA workflows, reducing complexity and accelerating delivery.
- Build AI Pipelines: Design intelligent automation for code generation, testing, and debugging.

- Innovate & Experiment: Explore generative AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to deliver impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, with proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven developer tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerisation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and enable tech teams.
