Interim Sales Transformation Programme Lead

Our client, a large distributor business, is looking for a Sales Transformation leader. This position requires someone with a proven track record in driving sales performance. The successful candidate will lead efforts to:

Ø develop and implement an effective pricing strategy

Ø enhance the sales performance culture

Ø drive own brand product mix

Ø enable ecommerce and digital offerings

Ø drive speed and effectiveness to win new business

This is about problem solving, being hands on, adding ideas and challenging assumptions.

Person Specification

Must have proven experience in sales leadership in field or regional sales in B2B and programme management.

Proven interim with specific experience in transformation situations. Used to dealing with executives and comfortable in challenging their thinking, driving and supporting them to deliver outcomes; highly analytical and numerate but with a depth of real world Sales leadership experience.
