I am working with a UK based Aerospace & Defence business who are looking to appoint an Interim Quality Director as part of their ongoing transformation programme.
Taking site level leadership of their ambitious Zero Defects strategy, this pivotal role will drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations, ensuring that quality is embedded in every process and decision.
* Lead the implementation and execution of the Zero Defects strategy across the site
* Champion a proactive, prevention-focused approach to quality and compliance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and eliminate recurring issues
* Drive employee engagement and ownership of quality at all levels
* Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, and maintain regulatory compliance
It is essential that the successful candidate has extensive experience in Quality leadership roles within the Aerospace & Defence sector and comes from an interim management background.
