Interim Sell‑Side Data Readiness Lead (6‑Month Contract | Immediate Start)
NSCG are partnering with a financial services organisation preparing for a potential private equity exit and seeking an experienced interim specialist to lead their sell‑side data readiness programme.
This role operates at the centre of the CFO office, working closely with FP&A and investor stakeholders to ensure the organisation’s data environment is robust, consistent, and fully prepared for diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
◾ Develop and refine investor‑grade data rooms, data stores and data cubes
◾ Create clear, consistent reporting and dashboards (Power BI or Tableau)
◾ Strengthen KPI definitions and ensure alignment across the organisation
◾ Establish governance and structure to ensure data can withstand investor scrutiny
◾ Work directly with the Group CFO throughout the exit preparation process
Candidate Profile:
◾ Proven experience in sell‑side or transaction readiness, ideally within a PE‑backed or high‑growth environment
◾ Strong background in data architecture, data rooms, data governance, or data‑driven reporting
◾ Financial Services or FinTech experience advantageous
◾ Available to begin immediately on a six‑month interim basis
