Interim Corporate Governance/Board Secretary Consultant

My client, a healthcare NHS Trust is now seeking an interim Director of Corporate Governance for it’s location in central UK. The Director of Corporate Governance will work as a member of the Trust Board, supporting the Chief Executive in fulfilling their Accountable officer role and contributing to the formulation of strategy, policy and the delivery of statutory and corporate responsibilities as appropriate. You will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the reputation of the Trust.
