My client is currently searching for an interim M & A Consultant to assist within their Care organisation. Suitable candidates need to have the following attributes to support.
* Oversight of the M&A process and integration (ideally care sector)
* Support with business optimisation (eg introduction of technology/digitisation, find process efficiency)
* Support identifying organic growth opportunities/properties
* Project managing/coordinating existing growth activities
* Work with our investors
This role needs an interim who will to travel to various sites around the UK and this will be a fixed term assignment for 6 months. There could also be the opportunity to go permanent.
