Data Insight Lead

We are working with a specialist financial services business as they move into the next phase of their data strategy. With the successful development of their data infrastructure now complete, the business is ready to appoint a Data Insight Lead to help unlock the value of their data and shape how it is used to improve credit decisioning and portfolio management.
This newly created position will play a key role in using data to drive commercial decision making and operational efficiency, with a particular focus on enhancing credit underwriting processes.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and insight generation within a financial services environment
- A strong track record in credit decisioning, ideally within commercial mortgage lending or a related market
- The ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations
- Confidence engaging with senior leadership and influencing strategy
