We are working with a high growth fintech business operating within financial services, specialising in AI driven solutions that transform how lenders and debt management firms support customers in financial difficulty.
As the business continues to scale, there is now an opportunity to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational delivery, client experience and risk management. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for ensuring operational excellence in a regulated, customer focused environment.
We are seeking to engage with experienced operational leaders from lending, collections, debt recovery or financial services backgrounds. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership experience with a clear understanding of financial services regulation, vulnerable customer management and Consumer Duty frameworks.
A commercially minded, delivery focused operations leader who can scale service delivery and build strong client relationships will thrive in this role.
