We’re delighted to announce that we have been recognised within The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 list within the medium-sized business category.
The list was determined by an employee survey, with a focus on engagement, wellbeing and overall job satisfaction in which NSCG scored ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ across all categories.
At NSCG, our purpose is simple: We are in tenacious pursuit of better. Better workplaces, better hiring, better leaders, better working lives. Over recent years, we have honed in on how we can do this for our people which has seen the launch of training initiatives such as the NSCG Consulting Academy and the Interim Academy.
