Our Big 4 client, Deloitte, with whom we have a longstanding relationship and a strong history of enhancing delivery on their consulting programmes, required a quality driven partner to execute the rapid deployment of a team of File Builders to create cases for review.
We were engaged by the client to manage this large-scale review programme relating to interest rate derivatives.
A pilot was undertaken to provide reassurance that our solution would scale. Following the success of the pilot, we increased their team head count to 130 consultants over a two month period.
Consultant pooling
We helped the client identify the key attributes that consultants would need and created a specific assessment process based on that criteria. We also applied a stringent vetting process as required by the client.
We produced real time pricing data from the market and built bespoke rate cards for the programme.
A consultant pool was proactively built and pre-assessed to enable rapid onboarding to the client programme.
