We’re thrilled to announce that in addition to our Director Laurence Frantzis ranking as Consultant of the Year in the IIM Interim Management Survey 2021, two of our consultants finished as runner ups. We also ranked as a company as third in Provider of the Year.
The survey which is run by the professional body the Institute of Interim Management (IIM), surveys 2,500 interims.
Laurence leads the provision of interim, delivery-focused solutions to board-level clients within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. He has over 15 years of industry experience and joined the business in the spring of 2017.
Two of our consultants were also named runners up by the IIM. Gavin Wingfield, Principal Consultant, specialises in providing senior professional interim managers in the automotive, aerospace and defence sector, and was named runner up for the second time in two years. Denise Raw, Principal Consultant for Private Healthcare, was also named a runner up in the survey, demonstrating the team’s depth of talent across a number of sectors. Denise has been awarded a place in the IIM Interim Survey for the last six consecutive years.

We also ranked third among companies in the survey, achieving Platinum Service Provider status by the Institute. This maintains our 2020 ranking as our expert team continues to demonstrate our track record in providing interim management solutions across a variety of sectors.
