Over the years, we have formed meaningful partnerships as part of our CSR strategy. Whether that’s our ongoing work with The Spear Programme or the North Yorkshire Youth, we’re committed to supporting young people to discover and reach their potential.
Now in our new Leeds home at Wellington Place, we’ve been delighted to get involved in their programme with Ahead Partnership. Ahead Partnerships work to improve local young people’s employability and life skills and help them build a more confident future – something that intrinsically aligns with our values.
For International Women’s Day this year, we welcomed 42 young women from schools across Leeds to give them a hands-on experience of what working here is really like. From networking, skills workshops and confidence coaching we were delighted to be able to give them an insight into what opportunities and avenues they have ahead and help build their confidence as they walk towards it.
