With a goal to double the size of the business by 2030, Hollis sought to recruit a new CEO to lead this ambitious growth. They engaged NSCG to identify the ideal candidate for the role.

In 2021 Hollis became an employee-owned business, meaning the business is held and managed on behalf the employees. With the appointment of a new Chairman and a strategy to double the size of the business by 2030 the business needed to recruit a new CEO who could lead the business through the reorganisation and build out and deliver a growth strategy.
The new CEO needed to have Real Estate experience, preferably with a professional services background.
- Hollis needed an experienced leader who had led businesses through reorganisation and growth. Importantly the CEO had to add to the culture and continue the good work already in place around the Hollis way.
- NSCG conducted a thorough market map providing a diverse shortlist with people from a range of different real estate backgrounds. Once the shortlist has been delivered NSCG’s Leadership Consulting team completed in depth photometric assessments along with a 90-minute interview with an occupational psychologist.
Hollis successfully recruited a CEO who was able to hit the ground running and has been able to lead the business through the next phase of expansion.
Andy has continued to lead the restructure and professionalise the business. He has increased utilisation across the business and has started to launch new service offerings e.g Development Management.
