The business needed a high calibre Sales & Marketing Director work with the leadership team to define and deliver the company’s growth strategy. In addition to evolving Farrat’s customer proposition and identifying new customers/markets, the Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for developing the capability and reach of the company’s commercial team.
