Our client required a large and dynamic team of consultants to deliver an implementation programme of Security Cleared consultants.
The programme demanded rapid mobilisation of very niche consulting resources with specialist skills and pre-existing Security Cleared status.
It required us to work alongside a panel of “Big 4” consulting businesses.
- Following a detailed procurement exercise, we completed an RFP and were appointed to the panel of consulting businesses delivering the programme.
- We partnered with the clients to identify the key skills required by consultants to steer our bespoke assessment process
We initiated programme specific research and provided real time pricing data from the consulting market and built accurate rate cards for the programme of multi-disciplined resources. - On behalf of the client, we managed the onboarding process after the candidates had been security cleared and created a starter pack.
- We owned all communications to successful consultants, ensuring they were fully prepared for the contract, alongside a full consultant care programme.
- We provided monthly KPI reporting against statement of work deliverables and conducted frequent progress meetings with the Programme Director.
- We delivered a dedicated programme team of 14 with the required security clearance in 3 weeks, that were able to successfully execute the programme requirements.
- We provided high levels of service and monthly reporting against key deliverables.
- We achieved 86% retention rates of consultants on the programme.
