UK Healthcare:
Leadership, culture and performance
The UK Healthcare sector is navigating one of the most challenging operating environments in decades. Change is apparent, with yet another NHS re-organisation at the top, coupled with Private Sector Healthcare supporting alongside the growing backlog of waiting lists across the UK.
For today's C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers, the challenge extends beyond attracting talent or protecting systems. It is about ensuring their organisations have the right leadership and culture required to remain progressive in an increasingly complex Healthcare landscape.
This exclusive event brings together a select group of senior leaders from across the UK Healthcare sector to explore how the importance of Leadership and Culture within healthcare improves performance and supports the teams working within.
Chaired by David Meredith, Partner (Healthcare) - McKinsey, Sir Jim Mackey, CEO - NHS England will talk to Denise Raw, Director - Healthcare Practice at New Street Consulting Group, about his career background, learnings from within his role and the leadership challenges he perceives within the NHS in the future.
Ian Gargan, Dr, Psychologist and CEO will talk to us about why culture matters in leadership appointments and his own experience of working within the private sector Healthcare market and Lubna Haq, Director Leadership Development - New Street Consulting Group, will highlight why leadership success is about more than experience alone.
A private forum designed specifically for senior healthcare leaders and decision-makers, this event will provide strategic insight, practical perspectives and the opportunity to engage with peers facing many of the same challenges and shaping the future of the sector.
