WILL WYNNE Rianne Silvey
Will Wynne, the Founder and Group Managing Director of Smart Pension, is a visionary leader. With a solid background in private equity, he transitioned to eBay’s marketing department, where he remarkably grew their membership from three to eighteen million within three years. Will also co-founded ArenaFlowers.com, a prominent UK flower and gift delivery business. His expertise extends to overseeing fintech acceleration programs at Octopus Investments and chairing Truliance, a futuristic digital human software firm. Rianne Silvey is a Principal Consultant within the Leadership Consulting team at NSCG. With a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology, she supports both our executive assessments and long-term succession programmes. Her experience spans both private and public sectors, working globally to support executive level leaders. Rianne is an advocate for evidence-informed practice and staying abreast of academic research.
