I am a Senior Consultant for the Talent Intelligence function at NSCG where I am responsible for designing and delivering various talent insight projects for a wide range of clients. My role entails building relationships with our clients and getting a detailed understanding of their needs so I can deliver the best and most suitable results for them. I provide them with real-time insight into their chosen talent market and aim to support them with future recruitment needs, diversity insight, and market understanding (among others) to help inform their employee value propositions and general people strategy.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
With a masters in Organisational Psychology and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma, I am able to draw on theoretical knowledge and research skills to support me in providing the best solutions for our clients. I have broad knowledge and experience building relationships with all levels up to the c-suite and board, working specifically in the talent industry with clients from early-stage, SME businesses to large corporates. I always strive to improve the way we work so that we can bring the insight and data we collect to life for our clients.
