My role is to lead and grow the talent strategy consulting division of the business, working with clients to develop effective talent strategies, using both market research and talent insight. We provide a number of key services, supporting our clients to future-proof their businesses and we do this on a global scale. I specialise in working collaboratively with clients, understanding the desired outcome to design the best fit solution to meet their needs.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
I have worked within the talent research and insight industry for over 10 years and prior to that, I’ve had roles in traditional recruitment. Talent research and insight has evolved dramatically over this time and it has been exciting to be part of this process. I’ve worked in partnership with many different clients for over 10 years, maintaining strong and successful relationships. Forging new partnerships with new clients is an important part of my role.
- What do you love the most about your job?
I love working collaboratively with clients to help them to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals and objectives. I have been lucky enough to work with businesses across a wide range of exciting sectors and the work that we deliver for them always has real business impact, which is rewarding to see.
