What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

Having spent ~15 years in strategic talent management consulting, I’ve worked with leading global brands across all industries: Retail, Telecommunications, Professional Services, FMCG and Healthcare. I’ve spent the last 7 years of my career heavily focused within the Technology and Financial Services sectors, helping clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Amazon and Experian accelerate performance through their people.

Background in psychology and behavioural assessment, specialising in Leadership, GTM optimisation, Agile and business in transformation.

What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies? 

I have a deep love and passion for interior design
Reformer Pilates and cooking are therapy
My son Theo is my world
and.. baking is my love language

Coffee and a dance party in the kitchen with my toddler

What was your first job? 

I secretly ran my brother’s paper round when I was 13..
My first official job was a waitress in a 5 star hotel in Ascot at 16
