Project Coordinator

I am a Project Coordinator in our Operations team and support our leadership consulting team to deliver programmes and assessments for our clients.

What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

Coming from a 360° recruitment and Talent intelligence background where I spent time developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst also working as an individual contributor, I developed key skills that I have been able to transfer into my current role as a Project Coordinator supporting the Leadership Consulting Team.

What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies? 

A bit of a social butterfly, I spend most weekends visiting or hosting friends. I love to travel and explore new places, particularly a city break or a hiking trip (the pain is always worth it for the views).

What’s your go-to productivity trick? 

Writing a to-do-list and putting on some music – Spotify’s ‘This is Hans Zimmer’ is my go-to focus playlist.

How do you prefer to start your day? 

Going to the gym or doing something active to get me into the right mindset for the rest of the day.

What was your first job? 

My first job out of University was as a Recruitment Consultant, prior to this I work an ambassador for the University and as a bartender.

Don’t be afraid to fail, it’s how we learn
