I currently operate as a Research Consultant across the talent ntelligence and executive search functions at NSCG, supporting a wide range of clients with their talent strategy and acquisition. I utilise tools and intelligence gathering conversations to provide data-led insights, helping clients with a range of areas such as competitor & talent pool analysis, brand awareness and perceptions and building out talent pools. My role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, utilising a range of research and evaluation techniques to support them with their talent requirements, making use of data and market intelligence to help them make decisions, allowing the organisation to achieve their full potential by attracting and retaining the best talent.

What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

Having had extensive experience within customer service based roles, I am passionate about delivering a good customer journey, whether that be client or candidate. I am a ‘people person’ with strong communication skills allowing me to get to the bottom of client requirements, in turn finding the right talent for the role. I also bring experience within an Account Management capacity working within a start-up app-based recruitment company within the catering and hospitality industry. With very quick turnaround staffing requirements within the temp space, finding, assessing and deploying talent was crucial as well as liaising with clients to really understand their needs and grow the portfolio of opportunities to fill roles across the business.

How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?

By understanding client requirements and candidate skillset; a key element to succeed within my role. Having clarity around the gap that needs filling allows me to ensure that our clients will receive the right talent for the role that is to be undertaken. Implementing an effective screening process allows for a full understanding of the candidate profile, ensuring that they are equipped with the skillset required and are set up for success within the role. In turn, allowing for a positive experience for all parties, allowing both the client, our candidates and ourselves to achieve full potential.
