I have the privilege of leading the talent consulting practice here at New Street Consulting Group which covers our talent intelligence, leadership development and assessment services. The team is brim-full of curious, capable colleagues who work hard to thrill their clients – and I love getting stuck into client work too. I also sit on the board.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
With over two decades leadership experience, I’ve worked with organisations as a strategic advisor on issues of organisational strategy, enterprise leadership, culture and change.
In my previous role at Korn Ferry, I am really proud to have built and led their business with the UK Government, working at the forefront of public policy. I also led a range of other practices and major accounts during my tenure.
My work with clients is typically at the top of the house, overseeing programmes that execute on strategy, intervening in culture and reorganising whole businesses to improve performance and reduce costs.
- How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?
I love doing client work.
With boards, executive teams, individuals and whole organisations in the fields of organisational strategy, enterprise leadership, culture and change. I get a buzz from helping clients unlock their collective potential.
