As a Consultant in our Talent Intelligence team, I work across a variety of projects, collaborating with our clients on all things talent. Using in depth research, I help our clients understand and resolve their talent challenges, supporting them with the development of robust talent strategies. My focus is to ensure clients have the insight they require to attract and retain the best people for specific positions, across a division or throughout their organisation.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
I have operated as a researcher within executive search for a number of years, sourcing and screening candidates for senior-level roles across a range of sectors. The core focus of my experience was gained supporting private equity firms in acquiring board-level talent for their portfolio companies.
More recently I have undertaken research to fill senior level roles within large, global organisations and carried out broader research to support candidate attraction.
- How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?
I support clients in resolving complex talent challenges, helping them be their best for the people they employ. Organisations that can attract and retain the right people are better positioned to resolve challenges and achieve their goals.
I also work on a range of recruitment related projects which means I work closely with candidates to understand their ambitions and support them in achieving their professional goals. I take pride in aligning our clients’ needs with candidates’ aspirations, helping both our clients and the candidates we work with reach their full potential.
- How do you prefer to start your day?
Sitting with a coffee and writing my to-do list which gives me a clear sense of purpose for the rest of the day.
- What’s the best advice you were ever given?
Life is short, always say yes to cake.
