I am a researcher working across our talent intelligence and executive search teams. I enjoy collaborating with our clients, using research to understand their talent challenges and supporting them in developing strong talent strategies. My focus is to ensure our clients have the insight they require to attract and retain the best candidates for specific roles, for a particular job family or across their organisation.

What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?

I have operated as a researcher within executive search for a number of years, sourcing and screening candidates for senior-level roles across a range of sectors. The core focus of my experience has been in supporting private equity firms to acquire board-level talent for their portfolio companies

How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?

In my current role, I sit across both the talent intelligence and executive search functions of NSCG, using my skill set as a researcher to resolve our clients’ complex talent challenges and working closely with candidates to understand their ambitions and support them in achieving their professional goals. I take pride in aligning our clients’ needs with candidates’ ambitions, helping both our clients and the candidates we work with reach their full potential.

How do you prefer to start your day?

Sitting with a coffee and writing my to-do list which gives me a clear sense of purpose for the rest of the day.

What’s the best advice you were ever given?

Life is short, always say yes to cake.
