I am a senior consultant in our consulting team at NSCG.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
-
I have years of experience in the field of Organizational Psychology, across sectors and roles, with a specialization in data-led leadership development, team effectiveness, selection and recruitment, engagement and retention.
I hold a M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and I’m trained in the delivery of a number of psychometric instruments (including The Chemistry Group Assessments and Hogan’s Leadership Assessment, HPI, HDS and MVPI).
I also have a Coaching Certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am an ICF Member (International Coach Federation). - How are you helping people to achieve their full potential?
-
I believe that how you show up and grow as an individual comes from a deeper level of consciousness and self-awareness (enabled by the use of psychometric assessments), which combined with a behavioural psychology lens, can enable you (anyone!) to achieve your career and life goals within the right context.
- What’s your go-to productivity trick?
-
I mainly do two things: blocking out time in the mornings for deep work, as it’s when I feel most focused, and organizing my calendar in blocks of similar work or clients to avoid cognitive switching.
- How do you prefer to start your day?
-
As much as possible, I try to start my day going to the gym (specifically weight lifting or boxing!). It gives me the energy I need to feel good and be productive during the day.
- What was your first job?
-
As the official Christmas gift wrapper at a perfume shop!
