I’m a partner within the talent consulting team at NSCG with experience both as a consultant and in corporate roles. My professional interests are focused around talent and capability building, including people-centred change and transformation, organisation development, and leadership assessment & development.
- What experience and expertise do you bring to your role?
My career has taken me through roles as a consultant and advisor as well as in HR and OD leadership and transformation, which helps to provide a well-rounded and practical perspective on opportunities and challenges. In the course of this, I have worked at scale on large and complex transformation programmes, through to individual and small group development, and from strategy through to shaping and supporting delivery. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, geographies and organisational settings.
- How are you helping people to fulfil their full potential?
I aim to involve people in design through co-development – whether engaging stakeholders in creating useable change solutions, or enabling insight and actionable development through leadership assessment, feedback and coaching. I also enjoy creating systematic organisational approaches to enhancing people’s potential, for example through development pathways and frameworks, and creation of associated learning solutions.
