Ten years operational experience, in the people advisory space and over fifteen years international sporting experience.

Working with business to optimise the systems and processes. Working closely with the team to encourage learning and enabling them to take on more responsibility.
- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

Artificial Intelligence is one to watch in the Operations Space, the fine balance between business productivity, efficiency and data security is going to be exciting and interesting for all businesses.
- What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies?

With over 60 caps for England playing lacrosse, one Bronze World Championship (2017), three European Championship Golds (2019, 2015, 2012) and one silver (2008) medals, sitting still is hard for me even in “retired” life, luckily the dog keeps me constantly busy as he’s adorable, but a cheeky monkey!
