- What are your thoughts on the future of your sector?

The future of construction and FM is a challenging, yet exciting one. There is a housing shortage, rising mortgage rates, a move away from office work toward a more remote setting, stricter environmental regulations and an embracing of new technologies.
The UK Government strategy for construction focuses on three key elements:
- Smart technologies
- Green construction
- Overseas trade
These evolutions will require continuous transformation, upskilling and improvements in the sector. What does this mean? That they will will be pressures on the industry to level-up and leverage new technologies to improve efficiencies, requiring the people with forward thinking mindset to transform more traditional roles.
- What do you enjoy outside of work? Any hobbies?

Running, dancing, climbing, writing, and very recently surfing.
- What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Update as you go while it’s fresh in your mind. For example, if you have had a meeting, notes should be recorded as close to the event as possible to improve accuracy.
