Interim Director of Planned Maintenance
My client a large housing association in the London area is looking for an interim Director of Planned Maintenance. Whilst this is covering a period as the housing association recruits permanently, there are some clear outcomes that must be delivered.
The interim must be experienced at bringing large planned maintenance programmes back on a pathway to meet budget and deadlines. They must be particularly strong on contract management and be able to delve into technical detail as and when required. They will add value by identifying skills gaps and opportunities to improve programme delivery.
This role is likely to fall within IR35
