Talent consulting opportunities

Realise tomorrow’s potential with a career at NSCG

As a people advisory firm, we know how incredible the impact can be when you have great people in the right roles. It’s why we focus on hiring and developing brilliant people for our clients – and for ourselves.

We’re looking for more brilliant people to join our talent consulting team.

The opportunity

As organisations prepare for a future, leadership and workforces will need to evolve, adapt and transform. Businesses need to equip themselves with strong, capable leaders who can survive and thrive in uncertain times.

Clients partner with us for the best leadership and talent solution in the market. Our consultants are trusted, strategic advisors to clients and influence at c-suite level. Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting professionals with their next career move, or providing talent consulting solutions to business leaders, including chairs and the c-suite, hiring managers, HR and procurement functions in your specialist industry sectors.

As a consultant, you’ll build deep, long-standing relationships with board-level executives, department heads and other high-calibre senior professionals in FTSE100, global, and many of the UK’s leading organisations.

What we are looking for

You will have ideally worked in the assessment, leadership development, coaching and team/board facilitation areas and hold a coaching qualification.

You will be psychologically-minded and intellectually curious and have a broad commercial understanding of how companies work in order to have relevant conversation with senior stakeholders.   Project management skills will be essential to manage a number of projects to ensure a successful conclusion for clients.

You will enjoy being challenged and be able to offer innovation and bespoke services to our clients.   Report writing skills and first-class presentation skills are also a must.

We’d be interested in talking to you if you have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and a demonstrable track-record of achieving successful outcomes for clients and candidates, throughout your consulting career.

We’re looking for high-achievers and experts in their field. You’ll be a thought leader with a future-focussed mindset on the important issues facing both clients and candidates.

Quality is central to our consultancy approach, so listening and first-class presentation skills will be essential for you to be successful. You should expect to contribute to, as well as learn from, our existing talented and respected associates, managers and directors. We will want you to deliver outstanding talent solutions. We’ll provide you with the training, coaching and tools to perform in your role.

You will be degree educated, intellectually curious and may have already gained experience in management consulting.

What will you get in return

  • A good remuneration package
  • A diverse and inclusive culture that provides the autonomy and flexibility to drive your own career path, in a place where collaboration, connection and commitment is a given.
  • Agile working, 3 days office based in London.
