New Street Consulting Group is a talent consulting business, working with a range of clients across sectors to help them make informed people decisions, which will help them to evolve, adapt and transform. Our research team supports a number of areas within our business, especially our executive search team and talent intelligence team. We are looking for researchers to join our team. While sitting in the same team, one role will spend more time supporting the executive search team and the other will work more closely with our talent intelligence team.

About the role

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and self-accountable to join our team. You will be solutions focussed in terms of how your work and feel comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You will use a range of research techniques to find quantitative and qualitative research to support projects delivered to clients, as well as internal projects. You will either have a background in recruitment or research; perhaps you have worked in agency recruitment but don't enjoy the sales aspect of the role. We are open to individuals with different levels of experience.
