Organisational Development Consultant

My client, a social housing provider in Greater London is looking for an organisational development specialist to design and embed some overarching initiatives into the organisation.

This role is critical to helping the organisation navigate and address the challenges and complexities of the culture. They are looking to engage an experienced Organisation Development Consultant that will relish the challenge to make a difference. They have a goal to build a supportive, diverse, inclusive and highly motivated staff community across the many service lines and departments. With the key aim of increasing employee engagement, this individual will have delivered sustainable change for diverse businesses previously. A key deliverable includes working with the executive team to a create a people strategy, that is fit for purpose for a varied cohort of staff in terms of skills, working arrangements (back office, front office, hybrid) and backgrounds.

Whilst an understanding of the public sector is certainly useful for context, the organisation is interested in fresh perspectives. They would therefore be keen to an engage an individual who has also worked with businesses outside of housing.

This role is likely to fall outside IR35
