The Opportunity
A leading global organisation is seeking an accomplished Interim People & Culture Consultant to support its ongoing transformation agenda. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape cultural initiatives, enhance the employee experience, and refine the People Partnering model to ensure it delivers measurable business impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced interim professional with a track record of influencing at the highest levels and driving organisational change in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, advising and coaching senior stakeholders on people-related matters.
- Lead cultural transformation and engagement initiatives to embed organisational values and strengthen employee experience.
- Optimise the People Partnering model to drive business alignment and high performance.
- Oversee talent development strategies with a focus on leadership capability and succession planning.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
- Utilise workforce data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with internal communications to develop compelling messaging for cultural and engagement programmes.
- Support organisational design and change management initiatives.
- Provide expert counsel on employee relations, workforce planning, and employment law compliance.
Key Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior HR, People & Culture, or People Partnering role.
- Proven success in driving cultural change, engagement strategies, and transformation programmes.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to shape and execute people strategies at the executive level.
- Expertise in HR best practices, organisational development, and employment law.
- Data-driven approach, using insights to inform HR strategy and business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
