Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the rewards team, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with finance to align reward strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Manage ongoing reward projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Offer strategic input and advice on reward frameworks, policies, and compliance.

- Proven expertise in reward management at a senior manager or director level.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a small team.
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and delivery-focused.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
