Interim Head of Rewards

We are seeking a capable and confident Interim Head of Rewards to step into this senior role and oversee a well-established rewards function. With a small, dedicated team of two and close collaboration with the finance department, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless continuity and delivering strategic reward initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the rewards team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with finance to align reward strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Manage ongoing reward projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Offer strategic input and advice on reward frameworks, policies, and compliance.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in reward management at a senior manager or director level.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a small team.
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and delivery-focused.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
